All donations are processed through Pincgiving, a subsidiary of Pinc Productions Inc. 

 

Funds raised for campaigns set up for registered charities in US, CAN, UK or AU will be sent directly to the specific organization.  Funds for non-registered organizations or individual campaigns will be sent to the campaign creator.

 

• Donors can make one time donations or set up reoccurring giving by month or year. In addition, donors have the option to cover the credit card processing fees on your behalf in addition to your donation. We give the donors the choice how to give. 98% of our donors incur the transactional fees on behalf of their chosen organization, ensuring 100% of the donation goes directly to the charity of their choice.
• Low set up fee, no monthly fee*, no reporting fee, no conversion costs, no hidden costs. You have full access through our giving gateway to your donation reports 24/7, printable and exportable. 

With 14 default currencies to choose from, your organization's donor reach has no borders.

 

**If you would have created your campaign through a third party application like SocialGiving on Ning and would like online access to reporting please register as a user, send Pincgiving an email stating your username and campaign and/or organization and we will give you access.  Otherwise, your report will be emailed to you upon release of funds to the email address you have provided.

 

**Funds are released once monthly for registered organizations and once every 90 days for unregistered organizations or individual campaigns to ensure validity of campaign.

Any campaign that Pinc deems to be offensive will be suspended.  That includes any or all of the following:

• Harass, defame, intimidate or threaten another user;
• Interfere with another user's rights to privacy;
• Post any material that is defamatory (i.e., disparaging to the reputation of an individual or business);
• Post any material that is obscene, offensive or indecent;
• Post any trademarks, logos, copyrighted material or other intellectual property without the authorization of the owner;
• Post any materials that may damage the operation of a computer (such as a virus, worm or Trojan horse); or
• Advertise or sell any goods or services.
