SocialGiving for unregistered Organizations

An unregistered organization is defined as any organization or group that has not completed or been approved to operate as a charitable organization or nonprofit society by the governing body of the country where the organization is located. If you are unsure whether your organization is unregistered or not, please contact us directly.

Support your community campaign with a SocialGiving pledge page you can raise money and awareness for the causes close to your heart. Your cause does not need to be tied to a charitable organization, however you must abide by the guidelines of Pinc Productions Inc.:

Donation Processing:

All donations are processed through Pincgiving, a subsidiary of Pinc Productions Inc.

All funds raised for your campaign will be sent to the owner of the campaign once every 90 days in order for Pinc to vet legitimacy of non registered campaigns. Funds are released on the 15th of each month.

Currently, 98% of gifts we process incur the transactional fees on behalf of their chosen cause. If a supporter does not cover the fee, 3.8% and .25 cents will be charged on the total amount.
• No set up fee, no monthly fee, no reporting fee, no conversion costs, no hidden costs.
• You have full access to supporter reporting through our giving gateway so you can review your gift history, manage supporters, and print or export your supporter’s information in a CSV File Format.

Gift Reporting

To access your gift reporting please visit www.pincgiving.com and register as a user. Once you have done this, please email us your username and password, as well as the name of your Social Giving Cause. We will then set you up with gift reporting. Any campaign that Pinc deems to be offensive will be suspended.  That includes any or all of the following:

• Harass, defame, intimidate or threaten another user;
• Interfere with another user's rights to privacy;
• Post any material that is defamatory (i.e., disparaging to the reputation of an individual or business);
• Post any material that is obscene, offensive or indecent;
• Post any trademarks, logos, copyrighted material or other intellectual property without the authorization of the owner;
• Post any materials that may damage the operation of a computer (such as a virus, worm or Trojan horse); or
• Advertise or sell any goods or services.
