What does it cost?
PincGiving wants to ensure that Charities and non profit organizations receive funds without it costing the donor too
much. We give the decisions to the donors and offer a partnership by sharing our low rates and outstanding service.
We offer people the opportunity to pay their credit card processing fee as part of the transaction amount or in addition
to the final sum, giving the charity 100% of the donation. We put the choice in the donor’s hands.
PincGiving is proud of the low fees and the savings that we offer. We operate on a transactional fee of 3.8% and a 25 cent fee per donation and have preferable credit card processing rates for you. We have no set up fee, no monthly fee, no merchant account fee, no currency conversion fee, no charge for transfer funds, no hidden charges, no surprises. There are no cancellation fees for our Payment Processing Donor Button after a year; if your donors don’t use the button to donate to your organization, you aren’t charged. We believe in transparency and letting you know where your dollars are being spent.
PincGiving has multi currency capability with 5 default currencies, CDN, US, AUS, GPB, EURO as well as 9 other localized currencies. Donors aren’t asked to donate to us or our selected charities so we’re not competing for the same dollars, we don’t double dip-your donors. Currently PincGiving takes Visa and MasterCard. In Europe, 60-70% of payments are done with interact, debit cards and soon PincGiving will have the capability to accept that form of payment as well. We can accommodate automatic electronic funds transfer and built in wire transfers too. We make this easy for you to give.
It can cost from $2-$5 to pay a staff member to create charitable receipts. PincGiving offers charity batch receipts for organizations and PincGiving does it all online for you. A receipt for the transaction and a charitable tax receipt will be sent to the donor from Pinc Productions or the charity directly if no batch receipting is available. Donors can track all the transactions.
PincGiving works with the industry's top payment processors and e-commerce providers and ensures a secure payment processing gateway. All information submitted is encrypted to protect your online privacy. Prior to transmission your data is encrypted and sent through the gateway for the transaction to be processed. The site is secured using SSL Technology and certified by Thawte. You’re in good hands with PincGiving.
