"A major earthquake measuring 7.8 on the Richter scale jolted southwest China's Sichuan Province on May 12, causing staggering destruction.

Latest official figures indicate that over 41,300 people are feared dead and over 247,600 are injured. More than 5 million people have been left homeless by this disaster and over 10 million have been directly impacted"

The Canadian Red Cross has sent over emergency supplies and is actively aiding the Red Cross Society of China to provide the necessary supplies. Donate now to help this devestated country regain its footing and help the survivors survive another day!
